Welcome to the Jordan Creek Science Fair Wiki!

An important part of learning science is doing science. Science fairs offer students an opportunity to practice science investigation and invention. Whether the science fair is competitive or not, the project may be the first time that students choose their own science topic and practice being a scientist or engineer.
This site is designed to help students do one of two things:
  • design and conduct an investigative experiment (investigation)
  • design and engineer a practical solution to a problem (invention)

  • Tuesday, February 11th @ 5:00 PM 1st available Parent / Student Meeting in Jordan Creek Media Center.
  • Thursday, February 13th @ 8:15 AM 2nd available Parent / Student Meeting in Jordan Creek Media Center.
  • Wednesday,March 12th @ 8:15 AM - 1st Check in (Get Projects Approved) in 5th and 6th Grade Pod
  • Wednesday, March 12th @3:00 PM - 1st Check in (Get Projects Approved) in 5th and 6th Grade Pod
  • Friday, May 9th, 2014 Science Fair Day - The Gym will be open to set up your display at 8:15 AM.
